IN-HOUSE MOULDING
Total control of the production cycle.
In-house moulding guarantees full control of the production cycle. The moulds are the result of a careful prototyping phase and production takes place on high-tonnage injection moulding machines, through automatic lines. The process concludes with a rigorous final inspection entrusted to specialised personnel.

Developed by EUnited Cleaning and based on TS 35000 and IEC/EN 62885-9 specifications, this certification guarantees high cleaning performance with optimised use of water and energy. From prototypes to catalogue machines, every Riello Cleaning Machines product undergoes a long series of evaluations (up to fifty items) both during the pre-testing and actual testing phases. Our tests are designed to verify the durability, integrity and build quality of every machine.
