ENVIRONMENT
Environmental sustainability and performance
Protecting the environment and reducing environmental impact are an integral part of Riello Cleaning Machines' vision. The awareness that the planet's resources are limited guides the company towards increasingly responsible growth, capable of combining industrial development, respect for ecosystems, and attention to future generations.
This important change is represented and communicated through the new GoinGreen symbol, in which the pinwheel represents the future and expresses a fundamental concept: the time has come to act to ensure a better tomorrow for future generations.
A sustainability path based on tangible results: we integrate recycled plastic into our production processes, reducing the impact on the environment.
We have installed a 3,600 m² photovoltaic system, with a power output of up to 750 kWp, which makes for a reduction of up to 450 tons of CO₂ per year. Furthermore, thanks to tested water recovery and recirculation systems, we save up to 880 litres of water per day.
Ghibli's Green Pro approach
With the Green Pro line, the company develops professional cleaning solutions designed to reduce environmental impact by optimising energy consumption, resource use, and product life cycles. Selected materials, responsible manufacturing processes, and a focus on operational efficiency make Green Pro a concrete step toward more sustainable cleaning, without compromising on performance.

Our Code of Ethics outlines the path to personal and collective growth at Riello Cleaning Machines. The principles defined here reflect our corporate values and comply with the international SA8000 requirements, ensuring an ethical, safe and sustainable working environment.
We have chosen to adopt a supplier code of ethics to disseminate the ethical and environmental principles expressed in the SA8000 and ISO14001 standards so that our suppliers can increasingly adapt to the specific requirements of ethical working practices and environmental awareness.
We are committed to offering products and services with technical and quality characteristics of excellence with the support of methodologies and tools integrated in a Management System that includes ethical, environmental and quality requirements.
We have voluntarily chosen to seek SA8000 Certification to demonstrate to our customers, partners and stakeholders one of our most unshakeable convictions: that product quality is the result of the quality of our work and our relationships with our people.

Whistleblowing
Reporting Procedures and Protection
The European Union, with Directive 2019/1937, introduced minimum protection for whistleblowers, which Italy implemented with Legislative Decree of 10 March 2023, no. 24.
With the Whistleblowing Policy, Riello Cleaning Machines complies with these regulations and ANAC guidelines, providing clear instructions on how and to whom to report violations, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity.
Information on the channels and procedures for internal and external reporting is available in the Whistleblowing Policy, as required by Article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.
