2021
Riello Industries Group acquires 100% of the company, strengthening its industrial strategy and expanding its product range.
2015
The Ghibli&Wirbel brand is born.

The company consolidates its position at a global level, becoming a leading player.

Ghibli acquires Wirbel S.p.A., a leader company in the production of single-disc machines

Riello Investimenti joins the group with a 58% stake, laying the foundations for further growth
